Rochdale Borough Culture Network

Connecting and supporting local artists and organisations with peer networking, learning & development opportunities, open to all passionate about cultural delivery in the borough.

The Rochdale Borough Culture Network (RBCN) is an open access network for arts organisations, freelance artists, creative practitioners and volunteers whose work supports and develops Rochdale Borough’s creativity & culture.

The network is currently administered by Cartwheel Arts, and is supported and funded by Rochdale Borough Council, Your Trust, Rochdale Development Agency, DCMS & Arts Council England and Greater Manchester Combined Authority.  

The network is comprised of a Wider Membership – open to all; a Steering Group, comprised of the freelance & voluntary sector and a Capacity Circle, made up of arts organisations who can respond to and support the needs of the sector.

Wider Membership is open to anybody, and members will: 

• Receive regular updates and newsletters from Rochdale Creates by signing up here
• Be able to attend our in-person events, including bi-monthly Creative Social events & annual AGM / Conferences.  Please sign up to the newsletter above to be the first to hear about upcoming events.
