Skylight Circus Arts

Skylight Circus Arts is a Circus School in Rochdale committed to enhancing health, wellbeing and strengthening communities through the joy of circus. Our specialist circus trainers deliver work for those with disabilities, disengaged young people, professionals, older people and those with additional needs. Creative output is strengthened by collaboration with other art forms to produce new artistic work that enhances Rochdale’s culture offer. We aim to make Rochdale a better place for the people who use our services.

• Work is delivered in four strands:
  Classes for all ages including Youth Circus, ‘Ropes’ disability sessions to Silver Circus for over 60’s.
• Bespoke projects for CCG, Children in Need, Henry Smith Charity eg ‘Circus Globe’ refugee/asylum trauma informed sessions.
• Performance Projects: Placing professional pathways, artistic excellence & collaborations at the heart of projects, to enrich successful participation.
• Outreach across the Greater Manchester & North West.

We offer a huge variety of exciting circus training from aerial to juggling, unicycling to diablo. Come and try your hands at feet and discover your hidden talents!
