Gil Burns

Gil's 20+ year career has seen her work in community dance and theatre, large-scale choreography, youth musicals, children's theatre, street theatre, community circus, parades, and puppetry. 

She has been a freelance choreographer, circus tutor and show director at Skylight Circus Arts in Rochdale for over 10 years now and has a love of working in an area with such rich cultural diversity! 

She performs in street theatre acts for Thinumajig Theatre, Frolicked Outdoor Theatre, Curious Cargo and Global Grooves as well as her own street theatre company - Kerfuffle Street Theatre. She has a love of comedy and laughter and inserts this with gusto into all she does! Gil has more recently been developing her voice acting and has a full vocal recording studio set up at home to enable remote working.
