Our scheme at Birtle Brook for the regeneration of a former brownfield industrial site into a bespoke retirement village as won numerous national and international awards and is now a destination for people in the North West who visit the Pavilion restaurant, which is open to the public. We are looking forward to the Grade II* Crimble Mill scheme coming forward within the next 18 months as we worked hard with Historic England and the Rochdale Planning Authority to design a sustainable residential scheme with public benefit. This historic industrial complex forms an interesting part of the towns industrial heritage and will be a welcome addition to the borough's attractions. Another up-coming scheme is the regeneration and conversion of the Duke Street Mill (which dates back to the early 19th century) for residential use. Our ethos is to create a sense of place by improving the built environment and developing unique sustainable low-carbon schemes, which benefit everyone, through an rigorous engagement process and a strategic problem solving approach.
